To purchase a property in Sweden, there are many steps to consider before buying.
We are at your side with content translations of important documents that you require, such as documents from the Swedish tax office, banks, the Swedish purchase contract, insurance and much more.
The first contact with us is free of charge for you.
We help you with the high logistical effort and offer you the following services in our packages:
Starter package
Purchasing a property in Sweden:
The package price includes the following services:
Assistance in applying for the mandatory tax number.
Assistance or conduct of the bidding process for the interested party upon request until the end of the auction.
As well as associated telephone calls and the necessary correspondence.

2. Package
Interest in purchasing a property:
The package price includes the following services:

Advance translation of the Swedish exposé and the property report (if available)

Appointments for viewings of 1-2 desired properties.

personal accompaniment during the sightseeing tour.
-> for more properties we will charge you a flat fee after consultation .

If the property is awarded, we will accompany you to the notarization with the seller upon request (preliminary translation of the purchase agreement).

Of course, we will also be on site when you hand over your purchased property.

3rd package
What do I need for my property?:
The package price includes the following services:
We will translate application forms and registrations for your property for you.

Registration for garbage, water/wastewater

registration with the electricity provider

Registration of a home and building insurance

Registration with the chimney sweep

possible contact with building authorities in case of structural changes/extensions etc.
We help you with your annual Swedish tax return.

4. Package
Preparation of a financing offer:
Establishing contact with our financing partner.
Sending the self-disclosure forms to the applicant.
German translation of the exposé of your dream home property as a basis for financing.
Send the exposé in German, as well as the self-disclosure to the financing partner.
After receiving the offer, forwarding to the HausTraum-Sweden interested party.
Price: €290.00 incl. 25% VAT*
Extra
Together with our partner "Housekeeping Värmland", we offer German-speaking craftsmen who, if you wish, will be available to provide advice and clarification when you view your desired property on site.
Price per property: €250.00 incl. 25% VAT*
For properties offered by us, after signing the purchase contract, we charge a commission of
4.8% including 25% VAT* of the final price of the purchased property.
To be paid 7 days after receipt of our invoice.
For buyers of a property brokered by us, packages 2 and 3, as well as the use of the "Housekeeping Värmland" extra, are free of charge.
If a property sale is initiated with our services but not completed with us, we only charge for the services/packages provided.
By contacting us, you agree to the prices stated above.
