Position

The house is located in a quiet and pleasant area, close to forest and countryside, the Sunne ski resort, Lake Rottnen with good swimming and fishing opportunities, Sunne Golf Club, and Rottneros Park about 1.5 km away. The center of Sunne is about 6.5 km away and can be easily reached by car via the E45 or by bike along the beautiful hiking and cycling trails that connect Rottneros and Sunne.
The proximity to the E45 makes commuting to Karlstad, Torsby, and Arvika easy. Rottneros Station is about 2 km away, with several departures daily.
